On Saturday afternoon, the New England Patriots announced that center Bryan Stork has been upgraded to probable for Sunday’s Super Bowl XLIX matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Stork, a fourth-round draft choice out of Florida State last May, was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report with a knee injury suffered in the divisional round versus the Baltimore Ravens.

Three weeks out of a knee injury suffered against the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round, Bryan Stork is officially questionable for Week 22.

The rookie center headlines the New England Patriots’ final injury report of the week and season, after being a limited participant in Friday’s practice leading up to Sunday’s game at University of Phoenix Stadium.

The Patriots also listed defensive tackles Sealver Siliga and Chris Jones, and linebackers Dont’a Hightower and Akeem Ayers as probable, after the four finished out the week as limited participants at the Arizona Cardinals’ practice facility.

In the hours following Thursday’s session at the Arizona Cardinals’ practice facility, Akeem Ayers’ name arrived on the official injury report.

Ayers was down as a limited participant due to a knee issue, becoming the fifth New England Patriot to be limited this week.

The edge-rusher now finds himself listed alongside center Bryan Stork, defensive tackles Sealver Siliga and Chris Jones, and linebacker Dont’a Hightower, who have been limited for both of the team’s practices heading into Sunday’s Super Bowl versus the Seattle Seahawks.

The New England Patriots took to a practice field other than their own on Wednesday afternoon, four days from Super Bowl XLIX.

The AFC victors were suited in full pads at Arizona Cardinals’ practice facility in Tempe. And all of whom were accounted for when they did so, according to the team’s official practice report.

Center Bryan Stork, defensive linemen Sealver Siliga and Chris Jones, as well as linebacker Dont’a Hightower were listed as limited.

The New England Patriots held a walkthrough on Friday as the team stands just one week away from the Super Bowl.

Six of whom currently stand as questionable to play in it.

In the final injury report of the week, New England lists wideout Brandon LaFell, center Bryan Stork, defensive linemen Sealver Siliga and Chris Jones, linebacker Dont’a Hightower and cornerback Brandon Browner as questionable for Feb. 1 versus the Seattle Seahawks.

Five of those six have been listed as limited participants throughout the week’s three practice reports.

Patriots Injury Report: Among Six Limited, Bryan Stork Returns to Practice Thursday

Bryan Stork is one step closer to playing in the Super Bowl.

The rookie center returned to practice Thursday, after missing the the AFC Championship Game due to a knee injury suffered in the divisional playoff round. And in his return, the fourth-round pick and 12-game starter was one of six limited participants for the New England Patriots’ full-pads session inside the Dana-Farber Field House.

Also limited was wide receiver Brandon LaFell, defensive tackles Chris Jones and Sealver Siliga, linebacker Dont’a Hightower, as well as cornerback Brandon Browner. Each of whom was also projected as limited on Wednesday’s official participation report, though the team did not practice.

Though the New England Patriots won’t be back at practice until Thursday, the team released its first injury report of the week on Wednesday.

Center Bryan Stork, who was inactive for the team’s 45-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Championship Game, headlines the list as a projected non-participant. The rookie fourth-round pick suffered a knee injury in the divisional round versus the Baltimore Ravens on Jan. 10.

Wide receiver Brandon LaFell, defensive linemen Chris Jones and Sealver Siliga, linebacker Dont’a Hightower as well as cornerback Brandon Browner were all designated as limited participants.

Patriots Injury Report: Bryan Stork Ruled Out for Sunday’s AFC Championship Game vs. Colts

The New England Patriots will be without center Bryan Stork on Sunday.

The rookie fourth-round pick has officially been ruled out for the AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a knee injury suffered in the divisional round against the Baltimore Ravens.

Stork, who has started 12 games this season, exited for the locker room in the second quarter of the Patriots’ 35-31 win and did not return. He has been listed as a non-participant this week.

Four others have been listed as limited, including wide receiver Brandon LaFell, defensive lineman Chris Jones, linebacker Dont’a Hightower and cornerback Brandon Browner. And all four are now probable to play on Sunday.

Bryan Stork made his way off the field Saturday, but the rookie center was unable to make his way back on it Wednesday.

Stork’s name appeared on the injury report shortly after the New England Patriots’ full-pads practice inside Gillette Stadium. The starter was non-participant due to a knee injury suffered in the second quarter of New England’s divisional playoff win over the Baltimore Ravens.

Stork is joined on this week’s initial injury report by wideout Brandon LaFell, defensive tackle Chris Jones, linebacker Dont’a Hightower and cornerback Brandon Browner. All four were limited in Wednesday’s practice, after the Patriots finished last week’s practices with only three limited participants.
