With the 2015 NFL draft drawing near, Jeremiah Poutasi is drawing his share of suitors.
According to Rotoworld.com’s Josh Norris, the Utah offensive lineman has visited or worked out with a dozen teams, including the New England Patriots.
The 6-foot-5, 335-pound Ute started all 13 games at left tackle in 2014, and went on to be named second-team All-Pac 12 in result. He logged a combined 23 starts over his previous two seasons, with 10 arriving at right tackle as a true freshman in 2012.
Projected as a possible third-round pick later this month, Poutasi is expected to move to guard or right tackle at the next level.
The three-year starter was invited to the combine in February, where he ran a 5.32 40-yard dash, an 8.09 three-cone, a 4.89 20-yard shuttle. He also recorded 26 reps on the bench and leaped for a 26.5-inch vertical and 95-inch broad jump while in Indianapolis.
